30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Product must be in good condition
• Include original packaging where possible
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used eye masks
• Opened wellness accessories where hygiene cannot be guaranteed
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we'll cover the return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
